All deliveries are sent using DHL or DPD depending on client's choice to keep the shipping costs lower. Where possible we will supply a tracking reference so your delivery can be followed.

 

If the item is in stock, the shipment of the item will be made within 72 hours (on the working days) to the customer, beginning from the moment of money receipt.

 

If the needed item is out of stock and it needs to be produced, the customer has to make a whole payment (100%) of the product's value. The production term is up to 30 days. When the item is produced, its shipment to the customer will be processed within 72 hours (on the working days).

Returns

Balticropes.com are unable to accept returns of cut lengths, special custom orders including splicing work due to their custom made nature. Should you need to return any other item for any other reason, please contact balticropes.com by e-mail info@balticropes.com or by the phone number +371 65447811. The goods must be in an unused state with undamaged and original packaging and we should be notified within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. If there is a fault with the goods we shall undertake to repair or replace the item at our discretion. The repair/replaced item will be shipped back to you free of charge. The basis for the guarantee will be only the products supplied by the manufacturer. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. Any contract will be governed by the Latvian Law.

Detecting the damage of the product the customer should do the following:

  1. to find the bill (invoice) of the item purchase
  2. to inform about the problem in application form, sending it by e-mail info@balticropes.com or calling to the customer service number +371 65447811. It is necessary to indicate invoice/order number in the application form. For the application form the clear pictures of the open product's damage and the packaging is necessary to attach.

 

Balticropes.com does not take the responsibility if:

 

  • the damage of the product is the result of the customer fault;
  • the damage of the product is the result of the incorrect usage;
  • the product has a natural wear from the usage.
